There are some classic synthesisers & samplers in the studio, but also a great selection of software synth's and sounds. The studio is running LOGIC-Pro-X with a Yamaha DM2000 digital desk. Mastering is done through a mixture of software and outboard equipment. Here a list of some of the gear:
The latest addition is a fully restored 1890's BECHSTEIN Grand Piano which can be hired for recordings (it has a beautiful sound) or small recitals. Click HERE to hear it recorded in a song.
Hire cost is £25 p/h (in addition to studio rates).
You might have noticed that there is the sound-body of an old upright piano in the photo, too. If required, we use this for extra sustain or as a reverb effect for any studio recordings.
